Shipping Policy

At Leaside Vape Shop, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and securely as possible. At this time, we ship exclusively within Canada. Age Verified delivery check happens.


🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping times are estimates provided by our couriers and may vary due to peak periods, public holidays, and remote locations.

Within the GTA (Greater Toronto Area)

  • Regular Shipping (3–5 Business Days):
    • Orders under $100: $10 CAD
    • Orders over $100: FREE
  • Express Shipping (2–3 Business Days):
    • Orders under $100: $25 CAD
    • Orders $100 – $150: $15 CAD
    • Orders $150 – $200: $5 CAD
    • Orders over $200: FREE

Within Ontario (Outside the GTA)

  • Regular Shipping (3–5 Business Days):
    • Orders under $100: $15 CAD
    • Orders over $100: FREE
  • Express Shipping (2–3 Business Days):
    • Orders under $100: $25 CAD
    • Orders $100 – $150: $15 CAD
    • Orders $150 – $200: $5 CAD
    • Orders over $200: FREE

Rest of Canada (Outside Ontario)

  • Regular Shipping (4–8 Business Days):
    • Orders under $100: $15 CAD
    • Orders over $100: FREE
  • Express Shipping (3–7 Business Days):
    • Orders under $100: $25 CAD
    • Orders $100 – $200: $10 CAD
    • Orders over $200: FREE

🔞 Proof of Age Required

Strictly 19+ (or legal age in your province). To comply with Canadian law, all packages require a signature and valid government-issued photo ID upon delivery.

  • Recipient Only: Only the person named in the "Shipping" field can accept the package. Canada Post will not release it to anyone else.
  • Underage Purchase Penalty: If a package is returned because the recipient is underage, a 75% refund will be issued (minus original shipping costs).

📦 Order Processing & Tracking

  • Prompt Fulfillment: We process in-stock orders 7 days a week (excluding holidays).
  • Tracking: Once your order is packed, you will receive an email titled "Your Order Has Shipped!" with a tracking link.
  • Incomplete Addresses: If your shipping info is missing details, we will email you. If we do not receive a response within 48 hours, the order will be cancelled and refunded.

🔄 Cancellations & Changes

  • Cancellations: We can cancel and refund your order only if it has not yet left our warehouse. Once an order is marked as "Left the Facility," it cannot be cancelled.
  • Out of Stock: If an item is unavailable, we may partially or fully cancel the order and provide a full refund for the missing items.
  • Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery information is accurate at the time of checkout.

⚠️ Lost, Damaged, or Unclaimed Packages

  • Reporting Issues: Claims for mis-delivered, stolen, or damaged parcels must be reported within 14 days of the shipping date.
  • Carrier Responsibility: Once a package is scanned by Canada Post or our delivery agents, they are responsible for the safe delivery of the parcel.
  • Unclaimed/Returned Packages: If a package is returned due to customer error (wrong address, failure to pick up, etc.), the following will be deducted from your refund:
  1. A 25% re-stocking fee.
  2. Original shipping fees (even if your order qualified for free shipping).
  3. Return shipping fees charged to us by the carrier.
